Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• MS Excel, construction estimating software, and reading drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Lead vendor and subcontractor bid solicitation, plan and specification distribution, pricing, and coordination.
• Develop more economical ways to build and manage scopes of work for all trades.
