The candidate will have 10+ years in construction estimating, proven leadership, and a bachelor's in CM/engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Preconstruction experience with mid to large commercial GC.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall preconstruction process: bids, proposals, estimates, budgets.
• Prepare and execute project win strategies; lead interviews and presentations.
• Oversee preconstruction teams and client/design team relationships.
• Mentor and develop estimating staff; promote inclusive culture.
