This role focuses on preparing detailed estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals, coordinating pricing with subs and vendors, and guiding preconstruction cost strategies.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of estimating experience on $20M+ projects, Proficient in On-Screen Takeoff and BuildingConnected, excellent Excel skills, and a bachelor’s degree.

• 2–5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating $20M+ commercial projects.
• Proficient with On-Screen Takeoff and BuildingConnected.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for bids and negotiated proposals.
• Takeoffs from construction plans and documents.
• Coordinate pricing for multiple trades.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain documentation and an audit trail throughout the estimating process.
• Support preconstruction teams and cost strategies.
• Assist with bid-day activities and procurement presentations.
