Formación

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Established, positive trade partner relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, estimating software, reading drawings and specs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Perform quantity surveys from project plans and maintain audit trails.
• Read and outline project specifications; develop and manage scopes of work for all trades.
• Lead vendor and subcontractor bid solicitation, plan distribution, pricing, and coordination.
• Prepare material and cost summaries from vendor quotes and coordinate bid day summaries.
• Collaborate with operations and field staff to develop economical construction methods.
• Support preconstruction with insights to improve project profitability.
• Provide training and mentorship to others and build relationships with teams.
