Job summary

Keesen Landscape is seeking an experienced Estimator to support commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects. You will analyze plans, specs, and site conditions to scope work accurately, perform material, labor, and equipment take-offs, and prepare clear proposals and cost estimates for clients.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, and clients, solicit bids, maintain competitive pricing, conduct site walks, and ensure accurate records for future work.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in landscape or construction estimating
• Experience with estimation tools (e.g., LMN, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel)
• Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
