Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Lead and train Estheticians to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Manage stock and inventory.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals.
• Create excellent member experiences through a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships.
