Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert role in Issaquah, WA offers a dynamic retail skincare position. You will perform facials, lash/brow services and related treatments, while building client relationships and achieving sales goals.

Applicants must hold an active Washington Esthetician License and have experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial and waxing; strong communication and teamwork are essential. Nights, weekends and some holidays required.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Esthetician License required.
• Knowledge of facial protocols, brow and lash services, skin analysis, and product knowledge.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services such as facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing, and tinting.
• Use POS system for client notes and bookings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures.
• Create and maintain positive team relationships.
• Assist in store operations and inventory needs.
• Attend product training and team meetings.

Job Description

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all clients.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting or are excited to learn
• Use the point-of-sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Work with the Store Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Active Washington Esthetician License
• Strong understanding of facial protocols, brow and lash services, skin analysis, and product knowledge.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Job Type: Full Time, Part Time (nights, weekends and some holidays required)
Location: Issaquah, WA
License: Active Washington Esthetician License (Required)
Pay: $17.13-20/hr (depends on experience) + tips + commissions
