Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Skin Expert to provide excellent guest service, perform facials, waxing, tinting and other skincare services in a fast-paced retail setting. Ideal candidates hold a South Carolina Esthetician License, can work independently and as part of a team, and have experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels and brow shaping.

This part‑time role offers potential for full‑time hours as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Esthetician License.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
• Proficiency with the equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services, including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting.
• Use an appointment book or system to schedule return services.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork.
• Work with the Salon Manager to request supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time-keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

Experience We Are Looking For
