Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist in Issaquah, WA to deliver friendly, efficient service at our skincare-focused bar. You will greet guests, assist with product information, support sales goals, and help keep the store organized and stocked.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and a passion for skincare. Schedule includes nights, weekends, and some holidays, with pay starting at $17.13 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest service or customer-facing experience.
• Sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Salon, spa, or beauty industry exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented.
• Passion for skincare and client experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Store Manager and Owners.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
• Support the team in bringing our brand to life, helping with in-store promotions, branded social media content during your shift, and local events.
• Prepare materials for national and local promotions and assist in setting up displays.

Experience

• 1+ year of guest service or customer-facing experience preferred
• Previous sales or marketing experience strongly preferred
• Salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and client experience

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time (nights, weekends and some holidays required)

Location: Issaquah, WA

Pay: From $17.13/hr
