Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert to join our Issaquah, WA team. You will deliver facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing and brow/lash services while ensuring excellent client service and product education.

This role offers full- or part-time hours, requires a Washington Master Esthetician license, and pays $20–$25 per hour + tips + commissions. Join a fast-growing skincare brand with a strong emphasis on customer care.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Master Esthetician License is required.
• Strong understanding of facial protocols, brow and lash services, skin analysis and product knowledge.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, chemical peels, brow waxing and tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical work.
• Developed communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all clients.

• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.

• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, microchanneling Powered by ProCell, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting. Actively recommend additional services when appropriate.

• Use the point-of-sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.

• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

• Work with the Store Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.

• Assist in all in store operational processes.

• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Active Washington Master Esthetician License

• Strong understanding of facial protocols, brow and lash services, skin analysis, and product knowledge.

• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
