Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Issaquah, WA is seeking an energetic Esthetician to provide facial services, lash and brow treatments, and skincare consultations. You will deliver high-quality client experiences, perform services such as facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing, and tinting, and use our POS to schedule follow-ups.

The role requires an Active Washington Master Esthetician License, ability to work nights/weekends, and a passion for skincare.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Master Esthetician License required.
• Experience with facial services and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services, including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, waxing, tinting.
• Use the POS system for client notes and to book clients for return services.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures; ensure board compliance.
• Create and maintain a collaborative team environment with FACE FOUNDRIÉ staff.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to manage supply needs and store operations.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all clients.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, microchanneling Powered by ProCell, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting. Actively recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Use the point-of-sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Work with the Store Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience We Are Looking For…

• Active Washington Master Esthetician License
• Strong understanding of facial protocols, brow and lash services, skin analysis, and product knowledge.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

High school or equivalent (Required)
