Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Skin Expert in Issaquah, WA to provide exceptional facial and skincare services, including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing and brow/tinting. You will perform services, maintain safety standards and utilize our POS system for scheduling and client notes.

Ideal candidates hold an active Washington Esthetician License, have strong product knowledge, and can meet sales and service goals while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all clients.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform short services, including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting.
• Use the point-of-sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and customer service.

Job Description:

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all clients.

• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.

• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting-or are excited to learn

• Use the point-of-sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services.

• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.

• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

• Work with the Store Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.

• Assist in all in store operational processes.

• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Active Washington Esthetician License

• Strong understanding of facial protocols, brow and lash services, skin analysis, and product knowledge.

• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.

• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.

• Developed communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time (nights, weekends and some holidays required)

Location: Issaquah, WA

License: Active Washington Esthetician License (Required)

Pay: $17.13-20/hr (depends on experience) + tips + commissions
