Job summary

sugaringLA in Bentonville is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our studio and deliver Smart Sugaring treatments. You will work independently, educate clients on Earthly Care services, and contribute to a warm, welcoming client experience.

You will master our scheduling software, build relationships with clients, and participate in ongoing training to grow your career with sugaringLA, a brand dedicated to natural products and earth-friendly care.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required.
• Sugarist training or Sugarist experience preferred.
• 1+ years as a Licensed Esthetician or equivalent experience.
• Customer service focus and ability to educate clients.

Responsibilities

• Master sugaringLA's Smart Sugaring Technique.
• Learn and proficiently use our scheduling software and studio procedures.
• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships and pre/post skin care routines.
• Help maintain a clean, inviting studio environment.
• Create new clientele through referral programs.

Required Skills of a Sugarist:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Sugarist training or Sugarist experience required
