Job summary

sugaringLA in Plano, TX is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team. You will work independently, focusing on skin care education and client experience to ensure warmth and comfort.

As a Sugarist, you will master our Smart Sugaring Technique, educate clients about Earthly Care memberships, and help maintain a clean studio. We offer ongoing training, a built–in book of leads, and competitive earning potential.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• 1+ years as a Licensed Esthetician
• 1+ years experience as a waxer
• Customer service focused, cares for clients
• Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential

Responsibilities

• Master sugaringLA's Smart Sugaring Technique while administering waxing services
• Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures
• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services.
• Help maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment
• Create new clientele through sugaringLA's referral programs
