sugaringLA in Plantation, FL is seeking a Licensed Esthetician who thrives in a people-focused beauty studio. You will perform sugaring services, educate clients on Earthly Care memberships and skincare routines, and contribute to a warm, organic, client-centered environment. A valid beauty license and at least 1 year of experience are required.

You should be reliable, service-oriented, and eager to learn. On-call coverage may be required, and you will benefit from ongoing training, marketing

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology or esthetics license required.
• Minimum 1 year as a licensed esthetician.
• Customer service focused and client-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to self-learn and educate clients on services.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and accept feedback.
• Sugaring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique.
• Learn and use scheduling software and studio procedures.
• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships and skincare routines.
• Maintain a clean, inviting studio treatment room.
• Create new clientele through referral programs.
• On call coverage as needed.

• Create new clientele through sugaringLA’s referral programs
• "On Call" means ocassional work or back up coverage
