sugaringLA is seeking Licensed Estheticians in a studio environment to deliver the Smart Sugaring Technique and educate clients on Earthly Care products and memberships. You will work independently, provide exceptional client experiences, and participate in ongoing training and a supportive team culture.

Ideal candidates will have a Cosmetology or Esthetics license, 1+ years of esthetics experience, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• 1+ years as Licensed Esthetician.
• Customer service oriented, cares for clients.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Initiates self-learning and educates clients on services.

Responsibilities

• Master sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique.
• Learn and become proficient in scheduling software and studio procedures.
• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships and skin care routines.
• Help maintain a clean, inviting studio treatment room.
• Create new clientele through sugaringLA’s referral programs.
