Job summary

sugaringLA is hiring a Licensed Esthetician in Plano to join our friendly, organic studio. You will master our Smart Sugaring Technique, perform waxing with care, and educate clients on Earthly Care memberships and pre/post skin routines.

We offer a flexible schedule, ongoing training, and built-in leads to help grow your career. Ideal candidates have 1+ years as a Licensed Esthetician and waxing experience, excellent customer service, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required.
• 1+ years as Licensed Esthetician.
• 1+ years experience as a waxer.
• Customer service oriented and client-focused.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Willing to educate clients on products and services.

Responsibilities

• Master the Smart Sugaring Technique while waxing.
• Learn scheduling software and studio procedures.
• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships and pre/post care routines.
• Maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room.
• Create new clientele through referrals.

• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services.
• Help maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment
• Create new clientele through sugaringLA’s referral programs
