Job summary

The Propeller Academy Trust is seeking a senior estates and facilities leader to coordinate cross-site operations across its network of schools. You will ensure premises are safe, compliant and well maintained, while driving efficient upkeep and capital projects.

You will oversee Health and Safety compliance, audits, inspections and risk assessments; coordinate contractors and suppliers; and develop policies and records to support operational excellence across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in estates and facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and audits.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead estates and facilities management across Trust schools to keep premises safe, compliant and well maintained.
• Oversee Health and Safety compliance, audits, inspections, risk assessments and incidents.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and maintenance programmes for quality and value for money.
• Support estate improvement, refurbishment, new build and capital projects across the Trust.
• Develop policies, procedures, systems and records for estates and safety compliance.
• Lead operational projects with school leaders and central teams.
