Job summary

NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking an Estates Officer to join the Estates and Property Services department. The post involves delivering planned and reactive maintenance within a multidisciplinary team.

You will require a building services qualification and demonstrable facilities maintenance management experience, with CAFM experience being advantageous. The role covers national and local responsibilities working with a range of systems and data management.

Qualifications

• Requires building services qualification and experience in facilities maintenance management.
• Experience with computer aided facilities management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to operate across national and local levels and manage data inputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inhouse maintenance team to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services.
• Manage a wide range of strategic and operational maintenance activities.
• Support accurate data input, interpretation and management of facilities data.
• Communicate effectively and manage people to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
