Job summary

United Placement Group is seeking an Estate & Retirement Financial Advisor as an Outside Advisor (1099). You will meet clients in the field or via pre-set virtual appointments, focusing on retirement income planning and Roth conversions.

The role emphasizes closing deals and growing your book with back-office support. Compensation is commission-based with potential to earn $150K–$300K+ annually, depending on production and closing skills, with no guaranteed salary.

Qualifications

• Active health and life license (required).
• Proven sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Willing to obtain licenses or certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified prospects in the field or virtually.
• Advise on annuity, insurance, and retirement income strategies.
• Close business and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with a Case Manager and Appointment Setter.
