Job summary

United Placement Group seeks an Estate & Retirement Financial Advisor for an outside advisor role. You will meet clients in the field or via pre-set virtual appointments, focusing on retirement and estate planning, not prospecting.

This 1099 independent contractor position offers commission-based pay with potential earnings of $150K–$300K+ depending on production. You will receive pre-set appointments, back-office support, and access to top carriers.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life license required.
• Series 65, 7 & 66 or equivalent (ChFC, RICP a plus).
• Familiarity with Roth conversions and retirement income planning.
• Clean U4 if currently registered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified prospects in the field — many already clients of our Estate Planning services — interested in retirement and estate planning.
• Recommend annuity, insurance, and retirement income strategies based on client needs, including Roth conversions.
• Close business and maintain client relationships.
• Work alongside a dedicated Case Manager and Appointment Setter.
