Job summary

Unitedplacementgroup is seeking a seasoned Estate & Retirement Financial Advisor to join as an Outside Advisor (1099). You will meet clients in homes or pre-set locations and via virtual appointments, closing sales and building long-term relationships.

Expect commission-based earnings with high upside, typically $100K–$200K, based on performance—no salary guarantee. You’ll work with a dedicated back-office team, pre-set qualified appointments, and access to top carriers for retirement income

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life insurance license required.
• Proven sales experience with a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Familiarity with Roth conversions and retirement income planning.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified prospects in the field or virtually.
• Recommend retirement income strategies including annuities and insurance.
• Close business and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with Case Manager and Appointment Setter.
