Job summary

United Placement Group seeks an Estate & Retirement Financial Advisor to join as an outside advisor (1099) with pre-set appointments. You will meet clients in the field or via scheduled virtual/onsite meetings, focusing on retirement and estate planning.

The role offers commission-based income with typical earnings in the $150K–$300K+ range, plus back-office support and no prospecting. Travel to meet clients within your territory is required.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life license is required.
• Series 65, Series 7 & 66, or similar (ChFC, RICP a plus or willing to obtain)
• Familiarity with Roth conversions and retirement income planning
• Proven sales experience with a consultative, needs-based approach
• Clean U4 (if currently registered)

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified prospects in the field—at client homes or pre-set locations.
• Recommend annuity, insurance, and retirement income strategies based on client needs, including Roth conversions.
• Close business and maintain client relationships.
• Work alongside a dedicated Case Manager and Appointment Setter
