Job summary

United Placement Group is seeking an Estate & Retirement Financial Advisor to join as an Outside Advisor (1099). You will work with pre-set appointments and no prospecting, focusing on closing and client service in the Alpharetta area.

Meet clients at their homes or other pre-set locations, or via pre-set virtual appointments. The role offers commission-based income with potential to earn $150K–$300K+ depending on results, with back-office support to minimize paperwork.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life license (required).
• Series 65, Series 7 & 66, or similar (ChFC, RICP a plus or willing to obtain).
• Familiarity with Roth conversions and retirement income planning.
• Proven sales experience with a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Clean U4 (if currently registered).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to meet clients within your territory, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified prospects in the field — many already clients of our Estate Planning services — interested in retirement and estate planning.
• Recommend annuity, insurance, and retirement income strategies based on client needs, including Roth conversions.
• Close business and maintain client relationships.
• Work alongside a dedicated Case Manager and Appointment Setter.
