Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required; healthcare or Medicaid/estate recovery experience may substitute.
• Proficiency with personal computers and general IT literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day MERP operations and oversee case processing activities.
• Serve as primary resource for CSRs and caseworkers, guiding workflow and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and onboard staff on MERP policies and system functionality.
• Monitor workloads, inventories, and processing timelines to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review estate recovery cases, probate filings, notices, and supporting documentation for completeness.
• Evaluate Medicaid medical claims and calculate value to be recovered.
• Produce operational reports and case status updates for management.
• Collaborate with EOHHS state users on workflow and system questions.
• Identify workflow issues and recommend process improvements to management.
