Job summary

Trust & Will is seeking a customer support specialist to be the first point of contact for members. You will be a subject matter expert on estate planning and our product, delivering accurate guidance across chat, email, and phone to resolve issues efficiently.

The role is remote-first with Pacific Time business hours (7–5 PST, Mon–Fri). We offer salary plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package for a flexible, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Clear, thorough written and verbal communication for customer inquiries.
• Ability to craft accurate, concise, helpful responses.
• Demonstrated experience supporting customers across chat, email and phone.
