Trust & Will is seeking a dedicated, first-point-of-contact for members to deliver expert guidance on estate planning. You will handle live chat, email, and phone inquiries with clear, thorough communication while upholding our commitment to accessibility and affordability.

As a remote-first team, you’ll work Pacific Time hours (7–5 PST, Mon–Fri) and contribute to a lean, productive operation. This role emphasizes customer obsession and creative problem solving to improve member experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support or service role.
• A sincere passion for customers and ability to maintain a lean, productive operation.
• Creative problem solving for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for Trust & Will members via live chat, email, and phone.
• Communicate accurate, helpful answers about Trust & Will products andestate planning services.
• Resolve user issues and customer complaints in a timely, empathetic manner.
