Responsibilities

• Draft and revise estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Assist attorneys with probate filings, inventory preparation, and court-related documentation.
• Draft correspondence to clients, courts, and financial institutions.
• Organize and maintain client files, timelines, and checklists.
• Conduct legal and factual research related to estate matters.
• Manage deadlines and proactively move cases forward.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and court personnel in a professional manner.
