Palmer Law Group, P.С. in Allen, TX seeks a full-time Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal to support attorneys and clients through probate and estate-planning processes.

You will draft, review, and organize documents, file with courts, and maintain calendars while communicating clearly with clients and professionals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of probate/estate planning paralegal experience, knowledge of Texas procedures, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in probate and estate planning
• Working knowledge of Texas probate procedures, estate-planning documents, court filings, and deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management abilities for managing multiple priorities
• Attention to detail, proofreading skills, and confidentiality
• Professional communication skills and compassionate mentality
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Texas notary certification would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize probate and estate-planning documentation before deadlines
• Manage court filings, hearings, client appointments, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate digital case files, Mind Maps, and calendars in Clio and Google Drive
• Provide comprehensive support to clients and deliver timely progress updates
• Work with courts, creditors, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other professionals to keep cases moving
• Guide clients through sensitive legal matters with professionalism and compassion
