Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain client files, timelines, and checklists.
• Conduct legal and factual research related to estate matters.
• Manage deadlines and proactively move cases forward.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and court personnel in a professional manner.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a mid-level paralegal with prior experience - preferably in estate planning and probate. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with exceptional writing and communication skills, capable of managing a varied caseload and preparing clear, accurate, and client-ready legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Assist attorneys with probate filings, inventory preparation, and court-related documentation
• Draft correspondence to clients, courts, and financial institutions
• Organize and maintain client files, timelines, and checklists
• Conduct legal and factual research related to estate matters
• Manage deadlines and proactively move cases forward
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and court personnel in a professional manner
