Qualifications

• 2+ years paralegal experience in probate and estate planning
• Working knowledge of Texas probate procedures, estate-planning documents, court filings, and deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management abilities for managing multiple priorities
• Attention to detail, proofreading skills, and confidentiality
• Professional communication skills and compassionate mentality
• Strong critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize probate and estate-planning documentation under attorney supervision
• Manage court filings, hearings, client appointments, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate digital case files, Mind Maps, and calendars in Clio and Google Drive
• Provide comprehensive support to clients and deliver timely progress updates
• Coordinate with courts, creditors, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other professionals to keep cases moving
