Job summary

Law Mom® is seeking an experienced Estate Plan Coordinator (paralegal/case manager) to own estate planning matters from engagement to signing. This role is in-office in Duxbury, MA, focusing on organization, accuracy, and proactive client communication.

You will manage multiple matters, coordinate with client services and design attorneys, ensure documents are accurate, and move plans efficiently to signing. WealthCounsel experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong client communication.
• Able to manage multiple matters and stay on top of deadlines.
• Accurate data entry and verification across documents and systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's primary legal-team point of contact after they hire the firm.
• Manage the estate planning matter from engagement through signing.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and coordinate with coordinators and attorneys.
• Ensure estate plans are complete, accurate, and ready for attorney review and signing.
• Flag missing information and coordinate with teams to obtain it.
• Review plans for consistency with the attorney-approved design.
