Job summary

Law Mom® in Newburyport, MA is seeking an experienced Estate Plan Coordinator to own estate planning matters from engagement through signing. This in-office role requires exceptional organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage many matters at different stages.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and client-focused, with WealthCounsel experience a huge plus. You will work with our Client Services Coordinators and Design Attorneys to move plans forward accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters at different stages.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy across documents and data.
• Proactive communication and initiative to move matters forward without prompts.
• Comfortable using technology and legal workflow systems.
• Strong client-service orientation and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary legal-team point of contact after engagement.
• Manage the estate planning matter from engagement through signing.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to update status and next steps.
• Keep timelines, deadlines, and tasks organized across multiple matters.
• Identify missing information or risks and address them before attorney review.
• Coordinate with Client Services Coordinators and Estate Planning Design Attorneys to prepare for attorney review and signing.
• Ensure accurate data entry and clean client information across systems.
