Job summary

Law Mom® in Duxbury, MA, is seeking an experienced Estate Plan Coordinator to own estate planning matters from engagement through signing. This is an in‑office, full‑time role focused on accuracy, organization, and proactive client service.

You will work closely with Client Services Coordinators and the signing team, review plans for consistency, manage timelines, and ensure all documents are complete before attorney review.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate planning or paralegal/case management is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and timelines.
• Familiarity with WealthCounsel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple estate planning matters from engagement through signing.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients.
• Coordinate with Client Services Coordinators and attorneys to prepare plans.
• Review estate plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify client information and ensure consistency across documents.
• Flag missing items and escalate as needed.
