The job emphasizes nurturing leads and PNCs through the estate planning process with empathy and precision. The coordinator will manage calendars, schedule appointments, support events, and handle engagement letters and payments.

Qualifications

• Strong KPI focus with trackable metrics and bonuses tied to performance.
• Ability to work with attorneys, support staff, and marketing to ensure smooth client journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead & PNC Management: Prioritize and nurture leads and PNCs based on status, ensuring each contact feels important.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Stay organized, nurture leads via text, email, and calls while following firm procedures.
• Meeting KPI Goals: Track KPIs related to engagement and conversion; meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets with bonuses.
• Lead Conversion & Follow-Up: Manage conversion from initial outreach to attorney consultations, ensuring follow-ups.
