This role focuses on meeting with prospective clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward a clear estate plan that provides peace of mind.

You will stay connected with the legal team, participate in strategy meetings, and stay at the forefront of estate planning and elder law, with mentorship and strong support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in estate planning and/or elder law.
• Licensed attorney (MA bar).
• Proven track record in sales, client conversion, or business development.
• Confident, heart-forward closer who guides clients with compassion.
• Love teaching and can simplify complex concepts for everyday people.
• Local to Duxbury, MA; in-person role only.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients, uncover goals, and guide them to a plan.
• Educate clients on estate planning options and implications.
• Collaborate with the legal team to craft comprehensive estate plans.
