Job summary

Vertis Wealth, LLC is seeking an attorney to assist our tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis. You will meet clients virtually or in-person and draft revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs.

You will work with internal Legal Directors and other professionals, stay up-to-date with the latest state laws, and have access to an established book of business with assets typically ranging from $1 million to $10

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in the posted state.
• Entry level attorneys will be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative and creative, able to lead and be decisive.

Responsibilities

• Provide estate planning services for clients after hand-offs from Legal Directors.
• Meet virtually or in-person with clients to confirm estate planning needs.
• Draft estate planning documents such as revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, LLCs.
