Vertis Wealth, LLC is seeking an attorney to assist our tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis. You will work directly with clients and have access to our team of internal Legal Directors and other professionals.

Typical work includes revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, LLCs. You will draft documents and meet clients virtually or in-person to confirm estate planning needs, ensuring compliance with state laws.

Formación

• Must be licensed in the posted state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborative skills to work with tax, business, and financial advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Receive hand-offs from our Legal Directors to provide estate planning services for our clients.
• Meet virtually or in-person with clients to confirm estate planning needs.
• Draft estate planning documents using templates or own methods.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest state laws.
• Work with our team of legal professionals.
