Job summary

Vertis Wealth, LLC is seeking an attorney to assist our tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis. You will work directly with clients and have access to our team of internal Legal Directors and other professionals.

Typical duties include meeting clients to confirm estate planning needs, drafting revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs; and staying current with state law.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the posted state.

Responsibilities

• Receive hand-offs from Legal Directors to provide estate planning services.
• Meet with clients virtually or in-person to confirm estate planning needs.
• Draft estate planning documents using templates or own methods.
• Stay up-to-date with state laws.
• Collaborate with tax, business, and financial advisors.
