Job summary

Vertis Wealth, LLC is seeking an attorney to support our tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis. You will work directly with clients and have access to our internal Legal Directors and professionals.

You will meet with clients virtually or in person to confirm estate planning needs and draft documents such as revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the posted state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative and creative; ability to lead and be decisive.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative with tax, business, and financial advisors.

Responsibilities

• Receive hand-offs from Legal Directors to provide estate planning services.
• Meet virtually or in-person with clients to confirm estate planning needs.
• Draft estate planning documents (revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, LLCs).
• Draft documents using personal methods or templates.
• Stay up-to-date with state laws.
