Qualifications

• Wisconsin Bar admission in good standing.
• 1+ year of estate planning and/or elder law experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to personal, family, and financial circumstances.

• Counsel clients on asset protection, elder law, Medicaid planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
• Develop practical legal strategies that help clients preserve assets and achieve long-term goals.
• Meet directly with clients, explain complex legal concepts clearly, and provide trusted guidance throughout the planning process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support professionals to deliver comprehensive, high-quality client service.
