Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required.
• 3+ years of hands-on estate planning experience.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and handling estate/probate administration or related litigation.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Experience with trusts, probate, and estate administration preferred.
• Attorneys from law firm, solo practice, and in-house backgrounds are welcome.

Location: Harrisburg, PA | Primarily On-Site with Hybrid FlexibilityWe value flexibility and trust our attorneys to work efficiently. While you'll spend most of your time in our Harrisburg office, some work-from-home flexibility is available. Candidates should live in or be willing to relocate to Central Pennsylvania.
