Confidential Employer in New Jersey seeks an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney who handles estate planning, probate, estate administration, and elder law from start to finish.

You will meet clients, draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and guardianship documents; represent clients in court and admin matters; collaborate with paralegals and staff; enjoy a hybrid schedule, comprehensive benefits, quarterly bonuses, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license required; Pennsylvania Bar admission preferred.
• 5+ years of legal experience, including 4+ years focused on estate planning, probate, or related matters.
• Experience preparing estate planning documents and managing client cases.
• Familiarity with billable hours and legal timekeeping.
• Strong communication, drafting, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Elder law, guardianship, and estate administration experience preferred.

Note

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have substantial legal experience, including hands-on estate planning and probate work.
