Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney in Pennsylvania to help individuals and families protect assets, plan for the future, and navigate complex estate matters.

The role focuses on estate planning, probate, estate administration, and estate litigation, with opportunities to work on Orphans' Court proceedings and guide families through complex matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of estate planning, probate, or estate administration experience.
• Experience handling estate litigation and Pennsylvania Orphans' Court proceedings.
• Strong legal drafting, client counseling, and case management skills.
• Experience with Lackner estate administration software or Medicaid planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wills, trusts, and wealth preservation.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
• Manage probate and estate administration matters, including filings, distributions, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Handle estate litigation, contested probate matters, and proceedings before Pennsylvania Orphans' Court.
• Guide executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and families through complex estate matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to develop practical, effective legal solutions.

Location

Note

Candidates must have an active Pennsylvania law license, 2+ years of estate planning and probate or estate administration experience, and experience handling estate litigation and Pennsylvania Orphans' Court proceedings.
