Orion Placement in York, PA seeks an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney for advice on wills, trusts, probate matters, and estate litigation. The role emphasizes client guidance, drafting, and fiduciary duties within a collaborative firm.

Candidates must hold an active PA Bar license with 2+ years in estate planning, probate, or administration, plus experience with Orphans' Court proceedings. On-site with some remote flexibility; attractive bonus plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of estate planning, probate, or estate administration experience.
• Experience handling estate litigation and Pennsylvania Orphans' Court proceedings.
• Strong legal drafting, client counseling, and case management skills.
• Experience with Lackner estate administration software or Medicaid planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location
