Job summary

Murtech Staffing & Solutions is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of experience in estate planning for a full-time, direct hire position based in Erie, Pennsylvania. You'll work with seasoned attorneys, receive hands-on mentoring, and help clients preserve and transfer wealth through thoughtful planning strategies.

You'll draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and support tax planning concepts while collaborating with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission.
• 1-3 years of legal experience, preferably in estate planning, estate administration, trusts, probate, tax, or related practice area.

What You'll Do

This position is based in Erie, Pennsylvania and requires regular in-office collaboration.

Newer attorneys are expected to work on-site to maximize mentoring, training, and professional development. As attorneys establish their practice and client relationships, additional workplace flexibility may be available.
