Confidential Employer on the Main Line in St. Davids, PA, seeks an experienced estate planning attorney to advise clients, draft wills and trusts, and manage estate- and tax-related matters with a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of directly relevant estate planning experience.
• Strong experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage client matters and deadlines.
• Experience with trusts, estate administration, tax planning, or business succession planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal, family, and financial objectives.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Guide clients through trust and estate-related matters with a high level of care and responsiveness.
• Identify tax, wealth transfer, and succession planning considerations that may impact client strategies.
• Assist business owners with estate and succession planning involving closely held businesses.
• Collaborate with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals when appropriate.
• Manage matters independently while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.
• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their families.
