Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Queens, NY estate planning and elder law practice. You will manage matters from intake to resolution, draft wills and trusts, and guide clients on wealth preservation and long-term care planning.

• Manage Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, and/or Guardianship matters from intake through resolution
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Advise clients on wealth preservation, long-term care planning, and estate administration strategies
• Represent clients in probate, administration, and guardianship proceedings
• Build trusted client relationships through exceptional communication, responsiveness, and legal counsel
