Job summary

Law Mom in Newburyport, MA is seeking an Estate Plan Coordinator to own and manage estate planning matters from engagement through signing. You will be the primary contact for clients, coordinate with our design attorneys, coordinators, and signing team, and ensure accuracy and thoroughness across all documents.

The role requires high organization, proactive problem solving, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• WealthCounsel experience is a HUGE plus and preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple matters at different stages with precision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary legal-team point of contact after engagement.
• Manage estate planning matters from engagement through signing.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Client Services Coordinators and Design Attorneys to prepare and review plans.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documents and systems.
• Flag missing information and escalate when attorney judgment is needed.
