Responsibilities

  • Keep estate matters organized and moving forward
  • Track assets, liabilities, transactions and deadlines
  • Gather and organize financial and client information
  • Prepare correspondence, probate documents, schedules and other estate materials
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and other professionals
  • Follow up on missing information and guide clients through next steps
  • Maintain accurate electronic files and records
  • Work closely with attorneys and the estate administration team
  • Accompany clients to the Lancaster County Courthouse for probate as needed
